No matter what you accomplish, there is a voice in your head that tells you that you aren't ever quite good enough?

 

Are you successful in some areas of your life while other areas are either blowing up or completely neglected?

 

Do you have the "right" job, friends, and home, but don't know what the next step towards an actual balanced life is?

 

Do you find yourself feeling empty inside for no good reason?

First of all, you are not alone​.

It is completely normal and part of the human experience to feel this way sometimes.

 

There are so many choices, influences, and expectations to navigate every day.

 

It can be difficult to tell what is the right choice for you, where to put your focus and energy, and what to expect.

 

What I see is that so many of us are out of touch with our truth. We look outside ourselves for worth and are left with fear, confusion, and feeling disconnected. We need to find our inner compass that knows what is right for us and learn to trust it.

I can help.

We are, each and every one of us, a complex and amazing collection shaped of not only physical parts, but also past experiences, motivations, frustrations, pains, and joys. All of this makes us who we are as individuals.

 

My courses are step-by-step science-based behavior change. I cite research for every lesson.

 

I believe that the better we understand ourselves and why we do the things that we do, the more freedom and joy we will be able to find in our everyday lives. Life should be enjoyed. My goal is to feel happy, healthy, and vibrant as much of the time as possible, and to help you feel that way too.

 

I will support you in learning to listen to and trust your own inner intelligence in a true and lasting way. You will not be shamed, blamed, or given rules to attempt to follow. You will be treated with love and respect as I do my best to guide you towards more joy and freedom.

How it Works:

Three Modules, Nine Lessons

Each module is two weeks long.

Every module includes 3 new lessons that include scalable action steps for you to do. 

 

Our focus will be on learning what matters most to you, and then using your new skills to move towards that.

When you have a life that is meaningful to you, it feels so good. Full, rich, and worth it.

  • You will receive each lesson in both PDF and video form. 
  • We will have a private FaceBook group where we can work through the lessons as a group, ask questions, and support each other.
  • I will hold a weekly live Q & A in the group, and you will be able to submit questions ahead of time or during.
  • A new module will open every two weeks.

Module 1

Boundaries & Filters

I love the awareness and feeling of control this module brings to people. What we give our attention to informs our inner state. Our inner state shapes our experience of reality. Getting very discerning about what you allow to influence you helps you set the boundaries you need to grow in the direction you want to.

Module 3

Breaking Up with Perfectionism

We humans love to make up imaginary rules and then torture ourselves with them. Unreasonable self-expectations can be a real stumbling block to happiness. In this module, we look at where perfectionism comes from and how expectations, both spoken and unspoken, can exacerbate it. After we understand the connection, we will learn techniques to help us be kinder to ourselves.

This is a big one. We treat ourselves in ways that we would never imagine treating others. Please allow me to help you to change this. I cannot express in words how much this one module, when truly practiced, can change your life for the better.
