After over 30 years of teaching experience, and over 10 years coaching both groups and individuals, I saw patterns of behavior that showed up again and again.
The top three are perfectionism, negative self-talk, and poor boundaries. These behaviors wind through our lives and affect how we treat ourselves, how we feed ourselves, and our relationships with other people. I want to help you sort through what you need to do to improve these areas of your life.
I draw from step-by-step science-based behavior change and current psychology research.
But more importantly, I listen, and I care.
You have the ability to change how you feel and how you treat yourself.
I know because I have done it myself.
I have struggled with the very same things you are. That's why I have a deep understanding and compassion on a personal level, in addition to all the study I have done.
