This is where to begin if you want to have more confidence and joy in everyday life.
No judgment, only kind practicality.
Through the lens of neurology and behavioral science we will look at self-talk, boundaries with others, the balance of structure in your life (most of us default to too much or too little when under stress), and how to break up with perfectionism for good.
We will then work on action-oriented lessons based on current behavior change research that will teach you the skills you need to feel more self acceptance, peace, and joy.
(yes, inner peace is possible).
Part of having a meaningful life is saying no to activities that aren't really worth it to you.
